eNVy Live at Bottomless Glass

After forming in the Spring of 2011, eNVy has quickly become one of Nebraska’s premiere cover bands that attracts an increasing number of fans who thrive on the energy and style that eNVy brings to any show. With a style that is unique to the “cover band” scene, eNVy takes a creative approach on hit songs and tries to elevate them to newer heights. eNVy is one of the only female fronted cover bands in the area and with a songwriter’s background, they are able to breathe new life into all classic and modern hits that you grew up with and still enjoy to this day.
After singing backup vocals for Heidi Joy and the release of her 2008 album “Songstress”, Natalie Thomas, known for her distinctive tone and larger than life personality on stage, connected with songwriter/guitar player Dan Lassek. Dan has written and performed for various artists based in Nashville, TN, Los Angeles, California and Omaha, NE. His creative style and ability to hear a final product, helps eNVy reinvent many of the songs that they perform. Self-taught percussionist J.D. Davis, who’s unmatched skills and timing on the drums, congas, cajón, bongos and djembe, helped form the foundation of what eNVy is today. Wanting to fill out the sound, eNVy sought out the talents of bassist/vocalist Nate Micek. Nate has spent years refining the craft of songwriting in various original bands. His ability to hear certain notes and structures is what made him the missing piece of eNVy.
Consisting of some of the best musical talent in the region, eNVy is dedicated to performing the best shows that gets the fans out of their seats and dancing all night long. From the first chord, to the soaring vocals and haunting harmonies, through the soul grooving bass lines and the body moving beats, crowds will be asking for an “Encore” every time!
